Payment

Payment is required upfront for all orders unless otherwise specified and agreed upon with a valid purchase order.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, PayPal, and checks. If a check is returned, a fee will be applied.

Standard production time is 10-15 (2-3 weeks) business days from the date of payment and approval.
Due to holiday schedules, orders placed in December may be subject to a 30-business-day turnaround time.
Adding services like tags, foiling, or custom placements may extend production times.

Rush orders are subject to availability and require full payment before production begins. Rush charges apply to production time only and do not include expedited shipping costs. Rush orders cannot guarantee exact quantities and are subject to misprint allowances.

All artwork files must be 300dpi or vector, with text converted to outlines. If any adjustments or redraws must be made, it will be an extra fee determined by the work involved.
Pulse Merch will adjust the artwork sizing unless specific dimensions are provided.
Customers requiring specific ink colors must provide Pantone codes (PMS Solid Coated). If not provided, Pulse Merch will match colors to the best of its ability but will not be liable for discrepancies. We use the “as close as possible” mindset with this.
One free mockup is included with each order for customer approval. Any design changes or additional mockups may incur extra fees.
Once a mockup is approved, Pulse Merch is not responsible for design errors, including misspellings or grammatical mistakes.

Pulse Merch is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as size discrepancies, inconsistent coloring, or garment construction issues. We recommend ordering additional garments to account for potential issues. We do try to catch this beforehand, but shirts are not inspected individually prior to production.

A 2% misprint allowance (minimum one garment per design per color) applies to all orders.
Exact quantities are not guaranteed.

Cancellations can be made until payment is made. Once the payment is made, there will be no cancellations.

Claims for errors or defects must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery. In the case of errors, all defective items must be returned to Pulse Merch to start a reprint.

Pulse Merch is not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

If an ordered garment is out of stock, Pulse Merch may substitute a comparable or superior garment to avoid production delays.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use trademarked or licensed materials. Pulse Merch assumes no liability for unauthorized use.

Pulse Merch reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at its discretion.
